It is an interesting and artsy photo with only half his face, but now I wonder what he looks like. Just like my own Marlboro man and his Louis Lamour books. Great photos, and I love the photos before. Looks like you have snow Goodpasture.

I just didn't have time to unzoom my lens before I snapped the pic as I was driving by. I just liked the horse.

I see you have power, Jessaka. LadyRobyn has power. I am not in the bad area, so far.

I snapped some pics today, but most were too fuzzy because of the cold. Did get a few though... mostly close-ups.

If there is anything good about ice storms -- it's these pictures! But, man, how much y'all have to pay to see such beauty.

Stay safe

Thank You LadyRobyn,
There's some people in Michigan asking if the winters down here are just as bad as up there.

So when was the last time that you saw ice in San Antonio? OR don't you guys ever have ice? I do remember the snowfall Christmas 2004 that even reached southern Tx. No ice though???

Ice in San Antonio is very rare, but our last one happened to be this year. We had between 1 and 2" of ice on the northside of town and in the Hill Country with lesser amounts on the southside. But, that was truly a historic storm for ours or anyone's standards. The Okies here can confirm that as some places had up to 4" of ice

The Christmas 2004 snowstorm missed us, here's a view from space:

Victoria, Texas (just north of Corpus Christi) took the cake with over 14" of snow! As you can see, SA missed the entire thing.

14" of snow in Corpus Christi? That is unbelievable. 4" of ice would crush everything. I was trying to find out how thick the ice was in our worst ice storms here. I think it was 2" but I am not sure.
