Jammie, Jessaka, and Synopsis are really great mods. But watch out if they mention TOS!

LadyRobyn, thanks for sharing your story. It's so sad about that young man, but the story about riding the horses through the drive through was funny.

We have kids around here that are so nice and polite (we have some bad ones too but it's best to ignore them). We don't have kids in school, but we get involved with the FFA and it is very common to hear yes sir and yes ma'am. We were around some little head start kids yesterday, and they were such nice well-mannered little ones.

I have been thinking about this thread off and on all day. Cabin Fever does that to you. We are getting way too off topic here. This is for photos and comments on photos. Hmm, What does TOS mean?

TOS! *Ducks*

Here is how we make scarecrows in Oklahoma.

The heads and arms are made of pantyhose. Kind of creepy if you ask me.

This is creepy looking too.

Finished products of Oklahoma ingenuity.

The one on the far left is the best dressed, in my opinion.

That is cool Peggy. We bought a scarecrow that was that size at the Grove Pelcian Festival. They didn't use nylons. I am not sure what fabric they used for the head. Some kind of head, and the body, head, arms, and legs were stuffed with crumbled newspaper, and the straw was just stuffed in the arms and legs. The nylons are creepy. Kind of reminds one of people that rob banks with a nylon stocking over their head. Thanks for sharing.

Well, they are supposed to be scary, at least to the crows. I will be glad when the sun comes back out so I can take some new pictures.

I'm not going to ask what kind of material is stuffed in the nylons.

Did anyone see the sun pop out for a few seconds today?
