Nah, that's just a rest stop redbird. Some folks stopped by to use it just after you passed by.

I think it's peggy and ladyrobyn chatting about the local garage sales.  redbird, I didn't know you were on dial-up. That's the reason you can't download GIMP. There are ways to do it via dialup, but you need to go to www.download.com and get a free download manager or something. It will be a small program that will handle your downloads better and correct for errors and losses.
I used GIMP to do that one above. It's a REALLY good program, on the level of photoshop, which is several hundred dollars (nearing 1,000 if you get the creative suite which is several programs bundled together).
Try download.com and type in "download manager." I think you can get a decent download manager that will allow you to download and install GIMP. |

When it asks where to save it to, do I just save it in MY DOCUMENTS?

Save it to wherever you want. Just make sure that you can find it using Windows Explorer (as opposed to Internet Explorer) or whatever. BTW, I don't think you'll put anything on there that is too 'riske.' |
