Not at all. I live in such a beautiful spot I feel guilty sometimes for not sharing it more.
I have some little camp chairs I carry in my little pickup, just in case we stumble on something interesting. I have never been to a pow wow but I have made a resolution to go to one no matter how hot it is.

Here is a link to a lady's photoblog on Webshots entitled "Oklahoma Ranch Life." I think she lives somewhere near Lawton. She has tons of pictures and was a featured photographer on webshots back in January of '05. There are some really, really good pictures (and comments) on this website. Who knows, maybe it is LadyRobyn???
Enjoy!

I guess I qualify ( to some small %) because I carry camping/fishing gear, a tent and folding chairs in my cross bed tool box, just incase I feel like going fishing. .

It's funny, they are known as Gloss and Glass Mountains. Of course, they're not really mountains at all; they are bluffs of about 200 ft in height.
Natural Falls State Park is in the eastern part of the state.

I heard the other day that Bigfoot is supposedly an Oklahoma legend. I always thought the legend of it was in the Northwest. Anyway, is this where it is claimed to roam? I am not a believer, but just curious as to the legend. Thanks.
