Wink Moving to Norman

Hi. I moved to OKC over 3 years ago. I've recently been accepted to grad school at OU-Norman campus. Believe it or not, I have never been there. Can anyone offer any advice on housing. I am over 30 and pretty quiet. I am trying to avoid the typical noisey college apartment complex. I would love to rent a small house, duplex or nice apartment.

Any advice?

Thanks

Next to the Sooner theater, downtown right next to the railroad tracks, is a furniture store. It is owned by a fellow who has many rental properties in Norman. Go in there and ask. He is really strict but if you are over 30 and pretty quiet he may have something for you.
