Collard lizard. The state reptile. We have them all over where I work. Which is adjacent to where this link to Wikipedia was taken.

We also have these pretty little guys. They are Blue Tailed Skinks or maybe more appropriately Plesitodon.

The OP's description seems more likely to be the skink, with the stripes. I assumed the collared lizard as I was observing one near a pile of cinder blocks as I wrote the response.

Used to see a lot of the Collard Lizards or "Mountain Boomers" on top of Buffalo Mountain in SE Oklahoma.
In fact, I used to see a lot of just plain 'ol common lizards everywhere down here until all the road runners moved into the area. I think they have really decimated the lizard population around here.

I'm now starting to see horny toads around my farm again. Haven't seen them in a few years until last year. This year I've seen about 5 now.

Where Did the Horny Toad Go? | Jar of Grasshoppers

I haven't see a horny toad in probably 25 yrs.

Of course up until about this last year I had not seen a bob cat, but since last summer I have seen 3.
