Yes there are.... but you might be able to find cheap rent. I had a two bedroom that I paid $300/month for when I lived there.

LOOKING FOR a ONE bedroom ...one bath apartment ...I am a widow...need a place to live......but have limited funds......would like one for around 250 to 300 a month.......or a nice room and bath in someones home...for less.........also will do house work...for someone......for my rent........thank you..you may contact me also at ..petsarecool59@yahoo.com....

This organization has lots of info about services in that area, including housing.....when you call or email them , tell them you need information regarding Section 8 housing in Durant - I'll bet someone can help you.........
