And I've been wasting my time in Purcell and Stillwater when I could've been in my true home all along...

You don't have to go to Ada to "live po'"!! We do that all over the state!
Ah yes, a life of sex, drugs, and rock n roll. Those were the good ol' days. College years are the best, aren't they?

If you don't find something to like about Ada, you're not trying
Where do you want to start? This is just off the top of my head.
Recreation: Wintersmith Park -- train rides, a 1902 carousel, mini-golf, fishing, swimming, arboretum & sculpture garden, playgrounds, zoo (kind of), picnicking, historic lodge, one-room schoolhouse, historic lodge and amphitheater. Glenwood Park -- Swimming pool, skate park, playgrounds. Fishing -- some guy just the other day took a 13 lb. 7 oz. bass out of a local lake. LazerZone -- laser tag, bowling alley, mini-golf. Two casinos. Home of the state's largest air show.
Sports: High School sports, College sports (Division II), all kinds of sports camps for kids and adults through East Central University, little league, semi-pro football, American Legion baseball, dirt track racing, rodeos & goat ropings, stickball, hiking/biking trail and mud volleyball.
Culture: New Arts District, many public scuptures, Ada Arts & Heritage Center, 19th Century Tool Museum, Agri-plex, Fine Art shows and music and dance performances at East Central University, Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center, renovated and restored McSwain Theater, Chickasaw Nation capital complex and culture programs, three live music clubs and many more venues where live music is performed. Many musicians and composers (working and retired) have roots in Ada. There are 27 local buildings that have been built in Art Deco style. A thriving area for working visual artists, so there are quite a few galleries and gallery spaces in retail stores. Award-winning First Night. Local theater, dance, and art groups. Free movies at the University. Home of the annual All-Nations Pow Wow. Continuing Education at East Central University offers a variety of classes, camps and tours year-round.
Food: Both local eateries (run by mom and pop) and chain restaurants. Home of Bedre Chocolate and the Charmed by Chocolate Festival. BBQ competition every June and many other events throughout the year. There are more than six wineries within 90 miles of Ada, all with some very nice wine.
Lodging: Holiday Inn, Quality Inn, Hampton Inn, Microtel, Raintree Inn, and a 5 or 6 other minor motels.
Churches: There are more than 70 churches in Ada -- all have some kind of activities going on besides worship services.
Cost of Living: one of the lowest in the nation.
Water: Some of the best in the nation -- natural artesian spring water.
Air Quality: No smog, but sometimes there's pollen.
Commuting: 30-second traffic jams during rush hours and at noon. Rush hour is over by 8:10 am and 5:15 pm.
I think I'll stop there. I've lived all over the country and found no place with so much per capita "to do" as Ada.
