No! I try and tell them to stay as far from humans as possible. Too many idiots tromping around the woods who want to shoot them.
My tribe has a legend about a creature similar to the bigfoot. It was most likely from the area now known as Yellowstone.

The main site also has an area for each state where you can read witness reports. I have enjoyed reading the notes from the previous expeditions.

I've enjoyed reading those threads as well. Thanks prerunner. I'd actually like to go on one of those expeditions some day if for nothing else than to camp out in the woods for awhile. Anything else (sighting?) would be a bonus.

I have to wonder about the expeditions though. They seem to be full of activity with multiple reports of bigfoots standing next to peoples tents and coming through camp, etc. But yet no pictures have never been taken, supposedly there are thermal images but I have yet to see them posed on the expedition threads. They always say they are still reviewing. You have to pay money to go on the expedition so of course they are going to have activity so people will comeback next year and more people will want to come (and pay).. but is it man made activity? I am skeptical... Sounds like a easy way to make money. Just have some buddies run around in the forest making noises, hitting wood together, and throwing rocks. Then when everyone goes to bed have them make foot prints and rub against peoples tents. Thermal and Nightvision offers little in the way of depth perception so height and distance may be deceiving.
I dont know how much it cost to go, but figure $30 a person with 20 participants and you have an easy $600 for a couple of days of camping.
Does this mean I do not believe in Bigfoot? Not necessarily, I like to believe is paranormal activity (UFO, Bigfoot, etc) but I would like to see some of these participants return to the expedition location on thier own and see if they get similar activity.

I could not agree with you more prerunner. I am a skeptic myself and wonder why all of these expeditions never turn up anything tangible.
BTW, I looked into it, and it's not $30 per person but THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS per person to go on one of these expeditions. If I want to camp out and investigate bigfoot, I'll do it on my own and not give my money to scam artists.

That is even worse and just further supports the fact that they will make activity to make it worth thier time and get more participants in the future.

I can camp out at Clear Creek just outside of Duncan for a weekend @ $5.00
I have too many other , "more important" things I can do with $300 than falling for some BS scam.
I wouldn't pay that much if there really was a BF
