Default What? Snow already?`

This morning about 8 AM, it was very foggy. As I was standing outside a few snowflakes were falling. Wow. It was so cool to see the tiny flakes coming down in the fog.

That was a first for me.

Wow, it was 60 degrees in DFW this morning, with fog. Is it that cold up there?

Wow that surprises me!!! I just did my usual "weather check" before coming here. It has warmed up nicely now though cause it said it was 67 degrees. THANKFULLY we haven't had any snow flurries up here yet.

Not that I'm doubting you redbird. But I'll believe it when I see it, haha It was in the 40's this morning and yes there can be snow flakes in the 40's but it's odd. If you did, consider yourself lucky or unlucky depending on your preference.

Are you sure you weren't seeing things Redbird? Just kidding. What part of Oklahoma do you live in where that happened? I ask because we are having nice weather in Tahlequah, even though the mornings are cold. You have a good rep, so we know you are not lying.

I have my doubts too. I was standing out in the yard pretty early this morning talking to an old Holdenville resident, when we both saw super small flakes drifting down. The weird part was the flakes had about 5 feet between each one and they were very tiny flakes. With the dense fog, wouldn't that weigh down the ash, if it was ash? No wind to speak of either.

I said, this has GOT to be ash from a fire somewhere. And when one fell on my shoulder I put my finger to it. I still think it was ash, but the old guy agreed it was a snow flake. Either way, a strange phenomenom.

I am in Hughes County, which is south central Oklahoma.

Eh, oh well. It was about 40 F. this morning. I am going to say it had to be ash. And leave it at that.

It's possible to snow at 40, just unlikely.

I think it could have been snow; after all Redbird saw it, and so apart from my kidding, I think he knows what he saw.

Synopsis---

Anything can happen in Oklahoma. I have seen snowflakes in weather just like Redbird is describing, but I did not see it the other day.
