You might want to go further south into TX. Sounds like they've got more wild hogs than they want.

"Today, Texas is home to some two million feral hogs -- more than any other state and nearly half the total population in the entire country."

Can anyone tell me if there are public hunting areas in love county? I am going to hunt there in June with spear, and bow. If not, can anyone aim me towards someone to look up when I get down there for private land?

Hey I am from Southern Iowa. I was wandering if you could maybe give me some names of some local land owners who may want some of their hogs taken care of. There would probably only 2 or 3 of us and we would really like to go hog hunting but dont want to pay the steep price for hog. Hello All I am looking for aplace where I hunt hogs for free I hunted as a child and have spent time in the Army My reasoning is my wife and I have four kids And are a low income family I would love to be able to supplement our food supply without getting food stamps I have a 50 cal blackpowder rifle for primary weapon and a 1860 colt navy 44 black powder revolver for a backup if anyone can help I would be very grateful Sincerly Shawn Truesdale

Hi my name is Justin,

I recently moved to Norman, OK and attending OU for schooling. I love to hunt but since i moved down here i dont know anyone or anywhere to hunt. I really want to become an avid hog hunter after my hog hunting trip in texas. But since i dont know anyone around here i dont have any where to go or even know where to find hogs. If anyone has some information to help me that would be great. I love hunting and i dont want to stop just cause i moved somewhere new.

Default hog hunting

Hi my name is Justin,

I just moved here from kansas and now live in Norman, Ok and attending OU for my degree. I am a big hunter and love the sport. Since moving down here i have nowhere to hunt nor do i know anyone that does. I have hunted hogs in texas and loved it. I am looking for somewhere i can hunt hogs with a bow spear or gun on private land but i really have no clue as which direction to go in search of hogs. if anyone could help me out on this that would be great.
