I was just trying to be polite... (I'm on GOOD behavior here... Remember?)
Unlike my friend who wants to "free range chickens" everywhere, to solve every bug problem, including in the kitchen. LOL.
(And.... Yes, if one was inclined that way, chickens would probably take care of any bug issues. He's right!)

So... Are the requirements (that I sent you via e-mail /DM) unrealistic for OK?
I can take it... Tell me the truth... Via DM or e-mail of course.

Make sure you do an EXTRA good job of consoling my friend GP...
He couldn't work on the porch today due to that nasty COLD weather... Poor guy.
(Wanna trade?)

Just busting them...
(Notice I said all that with a "smile"?)

So when I get this battery in the mail I should ship it back? Ask for a better one? Not even open it.

So when are you coming out to OK? Are you bringing your family? It would be nice to meet you all.

What you're getting isn't bad...
It will protect you from power surges and provide a few minutes to properly shut your machine down in the event of a power failure... The price is certainly nice...

If money were no object (sure wish I had that problem!) it would be better to go with the models that feature AVR, because they will provide constant, consistent voltage which will allow your machine to run cooler and will save some wear and tear on the components over time. Every power surge and sag can weaken components. This may be a special concern in OK with all those storms.

That being said, only YOU can make the decision that's right for you.

We have our share of storms here, last Summer one of my phones got blown up due to an extremely close lightning strike... It blew up my neighbors' phone interface and their DSL modem too... Luckily, they had someone (me) to help get things back in order quickly.
But the measly storms we have here are not in OK's league.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
