I also don't think that's Synopsys' place, it has a URL on top of the photo.
And the price is a little high.... Unless it came with 400 acres or so.

On topic is VERY important, but there is also some value to shooting the bull with the locals. You learn a lot that way too.
I'm not too good for anywhere, but I'd like to get somewhere that we'd find livable, comfortable, have work reasonably nearby etc.
AND (tongue planted firmly in cheek) I want to have 1000 acres and really nice neighbors a couple of miles away, walking distance to work, a NEW 3,000 sqft dwelling, and where the weather is always perfect and there are no bugs...
All for under $10K
Don't laugh, I've seen serious posts almost like that on some of these forums.
See you all tomorrow!

When I moved to Texas in '89 I was looking through the newspaper one day and saw an ad for 60 acres in and around my hometown of Gerty, Oklahoma. They wanted $3,000.00 for 60 acres at the time! That's 50 DOLLARS an acre! And it is good land too. At that time the economy there really sucked. I bet you couldn't get that land today for 10 times as much.

I used to love Frank Lloyd Wright's idea, and then I saw what he designed. Yuck. I will take a cabin in the woods any day.
