No I didn't...
I thought it was a typo.
I stand corrected...

BTW...
Would you consider selling a parcel of your 20 private acres to us...
If not, would you consider GIVING some to our lovely neighbors?

Default Another important question...

Hi folks,

My question pertains to the dreaded cockroach...

Where I live, you'd have to be the biggest slob in the world AND leave food all over the place to get roaches... I've only seen them in FL and at a friend's apartment back in MA. (they were not very good housekeepers to put it mildly.

I know that in OK you're supposed to put everything in well sealed plastic containers as opposed to boxes or bags...

If one does this religiously, and keeps the domicile clean, would it be possible to never see a roach in the house?

Curious....

TIA

M.

We have bought several foreclosure properties (including the house we live in) that had all kinds of old food laying around. Never saw a cockroach. Even in our house in the country where we have many animals and while I am a pretty good housekeeper, I don't take special care about sealing everything in plastic.

Chickens like roaches too. So if you let the chickens free range your kitchen you will rarely see them. A side benefit is them laying eggs in the cupboards. Down side is moving the fertilizer to the garden...........

Gee... Chickens seem to be your answer to everything...
(And yes, I can see the practicality in that, but I don't think
things would be very peaceful between the 2 family cats and our new free range chickens. Although fresh eggs would be a definite upside. All the cats provide is hair everywhere and the occasional furball land mine.

Oh yeah... And chicken taste better!
