That's a good question, I was looking at some places (by price) in Mansfield, but my brother told me that that was just a slum.
Actually what changed my mind was an unexpected change in finances and then I received a job offer in OK.

I try to scare people away from moving to Oregon all the time! At least Ya'll dont have california on your southern border. Do you have a very bad illegal alien problem in Oklahoma? My grandad migrated to Oregon from Arkansas, so I was raised on corn bread and milk, pickled pig ears, tractors, guns...you know what I mean. Our state has been taken over by communists....Shhhh, they may be monitoring my computer. ;-)

Yeah, I tell people about that side of Oregon too to get rid of them. Kind of too late for us though....you still have a chance OK, it can and will happen to you if you dont stop it. Boy do I miss the "dont stay" sign we used to have when entering Oregon.

Most illegals left due to our new laws.

Yeah, my wife found Mansfield the same way.
The pictures looked okay.
But as most folk know, you can't trust those RE pictures.

I checked out their laws and politics and didn't bother to look any further...
I decided OH wasn't for me.

Unfortunately, you probably have the right idea...
I'm amazed at how many people seem to be coming to OK.

I also think the commies have already taken over BOTH coasts.

I'm one of them. I noticed that when I was checking OK. out for my move. Before I moved I posted a topic call "Invading Oklahoma" or something like that.
Would you rather the newcomers be "Legals" or "Illegals"?

I would prefer to live amongst law abiding citizens...
