Has anyone been to the big chili festival in Tulsa? There's always a lot of discussion there about what makes a proper pot of chili. Personally, I prefer the white chili from St. Michael's Alley in Tulsa. Sacrilege, I know, but I can't help myself! I got the recipe from the Tulsa World a number of years back. Whenever I serve it to company, people always ask for the recipe.

I want the recipe! Just the other day I made some chili. It was good, but not spectacular.
