Our old rider lawn mower kicked the bucket yesterday. I think it was running with no oil. Its about 15 - 20 years old. I was hoping the mowing would be done for the summer, but this rain is going to kick up the grass.

Maybe the chiggers got CG!

To Kari, we found a lost yorkie at the cemetery. But we couldn't coax him out of the drainage tunnel he is hiding in, so we left dog food for him which he ate.

MK,

It had a little oil, and I added some to it, but it just started squeeling and screaming bloody murder and smoking...so it is now officially retired. Hate to buy a new one. Those things are expensive! Might have to trade some watermelons and maters for one. Any takers?

A yorkie is awfully small, but they are cute. I really prefer dogs to be big enough that if I step on them in the middle of the night they go 'Umph' instead of hearing a crunching sound and a squeak. I think I have one coming next week sometime, though. A lab mix. Something big enough for Paddy to play with.

For the acreage you have, get a "ZTR" (zero turn radius) Ariens, Cub Cadet,(aka MTD), Dixon, John Deere, Husquvarna. Grass Hopper, Swisher,.....

Dixon - Dixon ZTRĀ®. The driving force in mowers for over 30 years.
They spin on a dime. no more weedeaters. Usually with one of these the women want to take over

ARIENS
