Hey Synopsis...
I do this ALL day.... Please take pity on me (It's been a LONG day), and use your "Tech Writer" skills, and 'splain them... It worked for you... (Right?)
The only thing I can figure is that they had CRC errors or their D/L was bogus...
Help them out... Please!
(Or I will tomorrow.)

I'm sure our fearless Moderator WILL save the day...
But in the UNLIKELY event that he dies (or something... God FORBID!).
