Jammie, you are right. My 7 month old grandson is so happy. Not like I remember my children. They both had colic. Seems like that is unheard of these days.
Today is chili day, then watch OU win.

Just brown the meat, add tomatoes, onions, a few spices here and there (no measuring allowed if its REAL chili) and there ya go!!
maybe add some of that brick chili, or even a packet of chili seasoning and BEANS. (Everybody knows I am a bean lover!)
Then let it cook for a long time and make your house smell good. MMMM.

Yep! I like to use Rotel canned tomatoes *hot* and add a couple drops of Habanero sauce, then step back! Serve it over some fresh *sweet* cornbread and... Heaven (also good for clearing your sinuses if you have a cold. )

Habenera! Wow, that might be even too spicy for my tastes. I love spicy though and have eaten some pretty spicy meals. You know, one of the spiciest meals I've EVER had was in a Chinese food restaurant in Reno, NV when I lived there. It was the absolute hottest food I have ever had.

LOL! That's why I only add a COUPLE of drops! I have a pretty tender palate, and I don't like food that makes me cry. The hubby likes it spicier so I usually add a little extra to his bowl.

That reminds me of a *funny* we witnessed recently...
We have a new Chinese Buffet in town that has a small assortment of pre-made Sushi rolls... To the side are a couple of condiment bowls one is Candied Ginger and the other is a "green paste" (Wasabi paste)
My hubby came back to our table laughing so hard he was crying... seems he over heard one guy telling another "Oh yeah, That's the chinese version of Guacamole!" and the guy proceeded to add a large pile to his plate...
We waited for ages to see if we could hear him scream.

Mizzou has a VERY good chance of pulling this off da jammer. They are an exceptional team and Oklahoma is NOT good on the road. May the best team win!
BTW, folks here in the OK forum get along quite well too!

Don't put too much hot sauce on your chili, Synopse,.... or by the time the OU game is over, you will be wishing you had made pancakes.
