Hey all! Been hearing about this place non-stop from my mom (LadyRobyn), so i figured i'd duck in and register.

I joined the US Navy in 2003, and am stationed in Groton, CT. I'll be finished with my 5-yr enlistment here in may. I'm recently divorced after 4 years of marriage, and I have a gorgeous little 2-yearold who lives with her mother in ohio.

hee hee, me too. I have it playing in the kitchen right now on an oddball mix-up CD I threw together. It has Cotton-eyed Joe, Black Velvet, Honeycomb, Son of a Preacher man, In The Mood, North to Alaska and Pretty Woman among others.

Welcome aboard squid, just salute the fantail when you step on deck.......good to have someone who has class to join us for a change. I was a bosun's mate back during that fracas in SE Asia in the tin can fleet. Mostly running artillery support with 5" 38's. What is your rate?

heh, I'm a bubblehead.. no fantails or surface squalor for me.

STS2(SS). Served onboard USS Springfield (SSN 761) from 2003 to 2006, with short TAD tours onboard USS San Juan (SSN 751), USS Alexandria (SSN 757), USS Annapolis (SSN 760) and USS Miami (SSN 755). Now i work as a PLR (YN billet) for COMSUBDEVRON 12.
