No, it's not your imagination. I've noticed that myself. I think some have gotten bored.

I just sit here watching GunSmoke online until another email pops up

Wanna borrow my "Dirty Harry" DVDs? I have them all!
Or, (if my wife will allow it) my "El Dorado" DVD.?
We're John Wayne fans here!

OMG I though dh was the last John Wayne fan left. He has just about ALL of "the duke's" movies. He watches them over and over. The kids think he's nuts.

My wife owns a bunch of his movies
(even his B movies.)
and we all watch them a lot here.

We were never western fans, until one night around 1998 or so...

We were on the couch after dinner,
(I think my wife was sick), and El Dorado
came on TBS...

I hadn't planned on watching it, and was going to surf
somewhere else when it got dull... But it never got dull
and we ended up watching the whole thing.

The rest is history.

I think it's funny that us IT folk like Westerns.

The Beverly Hillbillies may have been the best TV series ever.
It's STILL good to this day. We own a bunch of those on DVD also.
Got some Andy Griffith too.

Not bored, just busy. Today and Tomorrow look nice enough to get some outside work done.

I miss all of the old shows like those . Todays shows are nice, but they still don't hold a candle to the old ones. Maybe its just, because thats what we grew-up watching.

And the Duke was the man!

"I'm lookin' at a tin star with a drunk pinned behind it.."

I always loved that line and it was delivered in typical John Wayne fashion.
