Wow! Oklahoma's going to get some snow, but NH is going to be HAMMERED. Of course, that's nothing new to CG.

I think some of the restaurants and retail stores would just as soon skip more bad weather. I don't mind the snow so much, but I feel sorry for all the people who are having a hard time with the weather.

I just want to get power back on in OKC and Tulsa, and points in between.

Jessaka, it looks like you are going to get 6-12 inches of the white stuff.

Although, as most forecasts do they seem to print out a worst possible forecast. So forgive me for being a pessimist, as far as loving snow goes. But, I'd look more for 1-3 in the 3-6 area and 3-6 in the 6-12. That's just speaking from experience around here.

I'd agree. Now, if they are saying 1-2 inches, I'd guess you'd get a foot because the weather forecasters this year haven't been worth squat. THey have been off on the weather forecasts down here in DFW for the last three weeks; WAY off.

Well, what it tells me is that the Murrell Home may have to cancel their Christmas program again. It was cancelled last Sunday due to ice, which we didn't have but people in the program did and so couldn't make it. At least I showed up and got to eat some free cookies. The ginger cookies my friend made were delicious. But there was no program. Of course I always go for the food anyway.

Speak of the devil... (And he shall appear...)

According to my prognostications: ( http://www.weather.com/weather/svrtenday/03598 )

We're not going to get hit very hard... (So far...)
"Snow showers" are smaller than "snow flurries".

Although nothing here would surprise me.
(The saying here is... If you don't like the weather, WAIT A MINUTE!)
