Condos in Tahlequah
Does anyone know of any condo units in Tahlequah? I've searched on realtor.com and can't find any. Grove has a very nice condo area, Megan's Cove. Anything like that in Tahlequah?  |

There is a development called "Southridge". They have the Pines Apartments which are rentals and also a gated duplex retirement place (Gardens?). I think the properties are being sold thru Century21 Wright Realty in Tahlequah.

Thank you SO much.  I just went to the site and found a condo for sale there. I'm not sure if it's the one you're referring to, but I was really shocked at the price. I emailed the realtor and also requested pics. Are you familiar with condos on Cedar Street? My fear is that they're a dump because the price is definitely reasonable to say the least.  |

I'm not familiar with the area down to the street level. I looked at some of the Southridge stuff when I was there so that stuck in my head. I worked with Anne Uzzo (pronounced you-zo) at Century 21 in finding my property. She is an excellent agent and I would recommend her.

Thanks for the realtor suggestion. I just checked and it's called Cedar Terrace. I'm waiting for some info from the real estate office on it and will let you know what they say. |

I live on Cedar Street, and it is not a dump. I don't recall condos on that street, but they could be up the road a ways. some of the homes down the street from me are small and old, which makes me wonder about the neighbors. we will be there by the 15th or so, but i won't be on the net for a few days. i will let you know. you may want to email me so i will remember.
you may want to call a realtor and ask.

i have not found any condos on cedar. maybe i am missing something.
i now wonder why i said they are old and so i wonder about the neighbors. the neighbors are great.

If you are still looking for condos in Tahlequah. They are on Cedar St. There are also a few on Sparrow Hawk Mountain in the village.
