That is such a cool house. I don't know, but that would be the first house I went to look at when arriving in OKC. It looks like it is in very good shape on the outside, so it is probably nice on the inside too.

That is a very good school that it is in, so no worries there. I think some people would be put off by the higher black population of Arcadia, but from a post from you in the past I don't think that would be a factor for you?

Arcadia is in a really pretty area.

Nah, our town here is probably 50/50. No "black" or "white" neighborhoods, either. Everyone is kind of mixed up together. I'm more interested in how my neighbors behave than what they look like.

I'm more interested that my neighbors work for a living rather than what color they happen to be. (Retired folk being the exception... They worked enough.)

I guess it is pretty mixed in that area. It is really pretty rural. This house I would guess is not right in the town of Arcadia, since it is in Memorial school area. As far as I know that is west of Anderson Road. I wish it was mapped on realtor.com. I am so curious about that house.

I just hope someone doesn't run out and make an offer on the house before Colleen gets here. We did look around that area for land before we decided to move to Holdenville. It is nice out there. Most of the development has always been to the north, northwest, and southwest areas of the metro, even though the northeast area is really the prettiest.

Well, I'm trying to keep the riff raff away from Colleen's house.

How about keeping the "riff raff" away from OK altogether!
I have this fear that by the time I get there, it will have been taken
over by the same kind of folks I want to leave now.
