Actually he is certified in A+ and Oracle (I think ) But he and the hubby got the BRILLIANT idea to "re-build" my perfectly functioning (but slightly slow) computer by Frankensteining parts from other comps.

By the time they finished I had a huge paperweight that would boot up, but only in 256 colors, low res, and NONE of the software would work... It couldn't even recognize a simple jpeg anymore. It was missing drivers, couldn't locate it's own hardware etc.

And then he had to fly back east before he could fix it back!!

Yeah, I threw a HUGE fit! And they are NOT allowed to work on my new one!

If you want to reconfiguer and reprogram it. I have all of the manuals. like C++,QBasics,ect
