Moving to Ponca City Area
Hello,
We are a family who wants to move to the Ponca City, OK, area. We are only looking for a place in the country that is within 45 minutes of Ponca City. We prefer Grant Co., Kay Co., or Noble Co., but will consider something in Osage County or the Arkansas City, KS, area. We would like to buy a residence that sits on at least one acre, and spend up to $60,000. We have also considered renting, but we have indoor dogs now, and would like to get a horse; so the landlord would have to be agreeable to this.
If anyone knows of a residence for sale in the country that is not listed in the MLS, please let us know. (We are already aware of the MLS listings.) We are not interested in any properties that are within any city or town limits.
We would appreciate any help we can get in locating a suitable property.
