Cattlemans at the Stock Yard? Let me know when, I will try to make it....I love that place. Oh yeah, Today is out....too many guests. Tomorrow is out, I have to go to Pryor to work on a school I am going to be teaching at. Thursday of Friday or Saturday would be good though........now that I think about it, I should have an appraisal board meeting Friday morning, so Friday would be perfect for us.......

[SIZE=2]We're here. Very tired, though. Got up at 4 AM, but didn't sleep much anyway, because my son didn't come in from his New Year's Eve Party until 2:30, I don't sleep well until he's in. We got here around noon, checked into our hotel and had lunch at On the Border. Very good Mexican food. Then we rode out to Bricktown to The Pro Bass Shop. What an amazing place that is! A stop at CVS on Mustang Ave and we were ready to call it a day. We plan to get a good night's sleep tonight and do some neighborhood/town touring tomorrow so we can look at houses the next two days.
I am so excited that some of you may join Peggy and me this week! From what I've read Friday seems good for everyone. We can certainly work our schedule out so we can be available on Friday.
This laptop DH brought from work is very frustrating to work on, so I won't do a whole lot of posting. But I will certainly check in each day to let you know what we've seen. So far I love everything. But my family and friends always say they find me annoying at times because I do love everything. Anna wants to know where all the horses are. I assured her we'll see them tomorrow. This is going to be so much fun.
Another observation: you were all right. I never heard so many "excuse me" "sorry" "please" and "thank you". Also, every store clerk, airport personnel, etc. that I spoke with was soooooo friendly and wanted to carry on a conversation as well as wait on us. I love that because I tend to talk to everyone, and sometimes in NJ that annoys people.
Happy New Year everyone!

I loved that about Oklahoma when I was there Arkasas and Missouri as well. In California when you pass someone on the street most folks just avert there eyes..
Sometimes you say "hi" to someone and they give you "the look"..

Thank you Peggy; I'm there! Sounds like fun. Colleen, I live 1 block west and then 1 block south of that CVS you mentioned. Did you happen to see an addition called Westridge? Thats where I'm at. I'm partly kidding as I know you've probably seen tons of additions by the time you read this.
