My healthy lifestyle change for this week will be to use a butter substitute on most things instead of butter/margarine.
So far, I have 1. Started eating oatmeal for breakfast most days. 2. Started using a salt substitute. 3. Started riding a recumbent bike most days. 4. Started adding fiber to my meals. 5. Will start using a butter/margarine substitute. |

When you get to Oklahoma, Colleen, around the end of June there is fresh corn for sale near Harrah that is the best corn ever. It is brought straight from the field to the barn, sold by the grocery sack. Now I'm hungry! Time for oatmeal!

We went to a pie auction last night and ended up buying 3 pies. Now what to do? I am hoping to give pie away today, but I might have to try a tiny bit.

I haven't eaten anything exceptionally healthy lately other than my usual morning oatmeal, but I made some really good clam chowder last night, which I finished off tonight.
