My healthy lifestyle change for this week will be to eat oatmeal for breakfast at least 4 times a week, instead of 2 lightly salted rice cakes.

Due to an ailment over Christmas, I haven't had ANY food for 9 days.
I don't think I lost a pound...
My pants still fit the same as before.
The funny thing is that I put in a full day of work without falling on my face.
I'm not totally healed up yet, but I think I'm going to try some pastina tonight.
Tried a quarter cup of cottage cheese 2 nights ago and I was up all night in pain.
I'm not really hungry, but I miss eating dinner with my family.

My new diet resolution this year was going to be cutting out all processed foods and fast foods, instead eating only fresh foods, home cooked. Then I ate a bag of Cheetos at work and blew it. But I'm back on the wagon today, and plan to stick with it this time!

Thanks!
I actually has some pastina yesterday and slept through the night pain free,
so I guess I'm FINALLY starting to heal up. I almost feel human today.
The trick now is prevent myself from pushing it for a while.

I am striving to cut down on my breads, rice and pasta type foods. But chips is my downfall. Tortilla chips and salsa.
What are we supposed to take to work for lunch?? I'm a PPJ kind of guy and got thrashed for all the carbs in PB. That is where I get frustrated. Too many experts out there.
I will promise to walk as much as I can.
