It was not very successful and it closed down. The original Bob's in Ada closed down for a while and it opened back up a few months ago under new management.

Dukes BBQ in Texhoma, OK on HWY 54 West. Best barbecue in Oklahoma and possibly the world. Nuff said, and no I am not an employee/owner lol.

Talking Dying here

I'm going to die here,I miss BBQ so much .I spent most of my life in Kansas City and it has great BBQ.I haven't found any good BBQ in Oregon yet.I might plan our move on hitting all the good places mentioned near to 40,going west to east.I have never been able to make BBQ as good as eating out.

Bad Brad's in Stillwater is very, very good.

BTW, the so-called "experts" can HAVE that pulled pork, vinegar sauce N.Carolina "barbecue". I now live in the deep South and can't get decent brisket or ribs like they make in OK and TX and I MISS it!!!!!

I swear you haven't had nasty BBQ until you've eaten in Washington, D.C. I spent 5 weeks there and almost starved.

Yep. Bless their hearts, those Yankees don't know how to make good BBQ. They think BBQ is using the grill!

I don't know if the Wild Horse is still there. When I was in the Guard, we would fly down and land across the road. The owner had a son who served/died in 'Nam. Guys in uniform were never charged for their meals. We always left a tip equal to the cost of the meal. Great BBQ.
