BEST BBQ Statewide
I do a lot of traveling in Oklahoma and want to know what the where the best BBQ is.
My favorites so far:
Van's Pig Stand, Shawnee
Head Country, Ponca City
Mr. Spriggs, Oklahoma City
P.S. Any knowledge of great places to purchase smokers and outdoor grilling supplies would be helpful to me as well.

There is a great little place in Sallisaw near Blue Ribbon Downs....Wild Horse BBQ?? I always got a Big Red Soda in the bottle from a classic soda pop machine.
My Grandad would take me up there for the races...One day I won over 200 on the Daily Double on a 2 dollar bet! I was only 12-14 yrs old and made choices on the winning horses on how big their rumps were!! Of course my Grandpa would make the bets for me.

I wish I knew! We don't have many BarBQ places in Yukon at all. Bad Brads is indeed bad. We would eat there before we heard info from too many ex employees! I understand Swadleys is good, on Council or Rockwell, just south of NW Expressway. I've also heard Earls is good.

Reasor's. They have the best barbeque chicken.
Actually I lived with some friends in Canton,Tx for a few months, and they did barbeque daily, and now I am so sick of anything barbequed, but I will buy from Reasor's but I take off the skin.

Bob's BBQ in Ada is well known for having some really good BBQ. I haven't been there in a couple of years though.
From the reviews on Yahoo local, it still appears to be as good as ever.

Shack's BBQ Shack in Wewoka has the best ribs I have ever had. I like Bobs in Ada, they sure give you enough to eat there! Leo's Bar-B-Q near NE 36th & Kelly in OKC is a must for serious BBQ eaters.

In Muskogee, My Place East on Gibson is WONDERFUL and so is Runt's BBQ. We frequent them both depending on what we are looking for. My Place has a buffet that is frequently stocked and great food. Good Variety, hot, well kept up, everything. Not to pricey too. I can really do that. BUT, BUT, BUT if you are looking for the BEST IN OKLAHOMA you have to come to my house. My husband makes Steaks on the grill and when he is in the mood he makes a brisket in his smoker. OMG.
If you ever get the chance to go to Whole Hawg Days in Eufaula, he usually cooks there for his company, DP Winch. Everyone gets to cook a pig and they are taste tested, then at 5 there is FREE pork sandwiches for everyone. Year before last we gave away 10 loaves of bread made into sandwiches. It was GREAT!!!!

Got To Have That Rib Crib
Still a Rib Crib guy when in Okieland. Sure, it's a chain, but it's a good one. Smoked meats there are the best north of the Red River. You couldn't pry me away from that place with a crowbar!
