That's a tough one, but it is a good idea that you research the areas that are most accessible to you. I was going to suggest midtown, but since the houses there are going for over 600K it's ruled out. Jenks is nice but I don't know if you can get a home there for less than 150.
My guess would be Broken Arrow. It's a growing city with lots of amenities.
Use GreatSchools.net to check out any specific school you run across.
Good luck! If I think of something else, I'll let you know.

Is there anyone else that can help me out, I ride around on a rascle scooter, so it's more important to have things close like around one-three miles of where I live. My scooter goes quite a distance so I rather just drive it the take a bus. I like the idea of Jenks, good schools and kinda small, but then I think I might need something a little bigger like Broken Arrow, what do ya'll think?

Broken Arrow would be a good area to check out. You need to visit there if possible and scout out some areas. Broken Arrow isn't as dense as Tulsa so things will be more spread out, but you should be able to get a decent house there for your money, decent schools, and if you find a neighborhood near BA's downtown you should have everything within a mile or two.
I'm sorry nobody has responded; I suppose they just don't know the answer off the top of their head.
Good luck to you!

I would suggest going to one of the on line support groups or advocacy groups for your disability and asking for their help, too. There may be some members who also live in places you are considering who will be better able to advise you. Actually, I think most buses these days have wheelchair lifts so having to take a bus somewhere shouldn't be a hassle. That's the way they all are where I currently live, though I don't know about Oklahoma. But with all the accessibility hoo-hah that's gone on for the past several years, they probably do. Most people wouldn't know about it or even notice it unless they needed it themselves.
