Default Broken Arrow Schools

What are the schools like in Broken Arrow, middle and high school, I have one child that makes strait A's and one child that stuggels with a learning disability. I also whould like to find a wonderful Baptist church, with an active youth program and a livly contemporary service.

The schools in BA are among the best in the state. They have a tremendous program for both the advanced students and those with disabilities. One thing they do not put up with is gang type activity. none of that "funky" dressing, like sagging or ball caps (on front or back). It is assumed that the majority of kids want to learn, therefore anything that disrupts that learning environment is removed. You will also find staff, faculty and students regularly praying around the flag. many students will carry Bibles in their backpacks with the tacit approval of staff and teachers.

Depending on where you live, Arrow Heights Baptist Church is excellent, The Church at Battle Creek is very good (they meet in a former mall) and First Baptist Church, near Bass Pro Shop is probably one of the best in the region.

I do believe BA also has a foreign exchange program. Southeast (the school I went to in OKC) is the only school outside of the Tulsa/surrounding area that hosts this type of program. I found it pretty awesome that middleschools were doing foreign exchange programs.
