No doubt, Altus is best since it's the biggest town mentioned. Also it surely has the lowest housing prices, since it is the only town mentioned that has been going downhill for a long time.

Altus and Woodward are rather isolated. Clinton is on I-40 and is about 80 minutes to downtown OKC. And while the other two have a much larger service area, Clinton functions as a part of a larger community which includes Elk City, Weatherford and Cordell amd Sayre. People in these towns think nothing of driving to one of the others for amenities.. Of those towns Weatherford is probably the best and is 20 minutes closer to OKC than Clinton, but Clinton isn't too bad. Elk City is not bad but it is about as close to Amarillo, Tx as it is to OKC and it has a little different economy as it is more oil field driven.
