Its early morning and the weather is beautiful enough to snap some drive bys.
Okay, Karibear, you asked for it and wannabe realtor RB is going to give it to you.

This first pic (not on your list) was a rental which is 3 bdrm, this vietnamese man was really cool and is fixing up the place. I think the owner will either sell or rent this place.

The picture below was not on your list, its around 500 South Broadway right next to the rental pictured above. It looks like the realtor is sweeney.

Let's all go to church at KARIBEARS!! Here is the church house. It looks okay, too. It is too far from store, about 10 blocks or so.

Pictured below is right across the street from the church house (also not on your list), it is a very nice house for sale by owner, only 55.5K with 2 lots. Looks like the second lot used to have a house, but is now torn down. Very nice house.

I don't remember this house, but the house numbers are 823.

Nice small house. I liked this one because it is a corner lot and you said you aree single. (Maybe you and MKFarnum can hook up.)

These last two are across the street from the school, and both are close to the city park, grocery stores, etc. And they are right behind each other, so you can buy both and have the whole half block to yourself. 800 block N. Broadway.

This would be 800 block N. Oak. Pretty large house for one person. Right next to the school.

I didn't get to all the houses on your list. I was in too big a hurry to hit the casino. Today is a holiday, you know!

Go for the last one next to the school. Craftsman style home are hard to fine and are a good investment. Especially if they were well taken care of, they have alot of beautiful wood work that shows alot of character.

I was right, I lost the conection. Only it was all the power, too! I have no idea why, since this is the warmest, sunniest, calmest day we've had in MONTHS!

Nice, but that's an awfully small yard.

There are no Sweenys listed as realtors on the internet, not that I found, anyway. Got a phone #?

And if it's already got a good price, as you said, it's a bit out of my ballpark. Also, none of the pix on the website showed quite how close the neighbors really are - I wonder if the first lesson for agent-wannabees is 'How to take pictures that show only what you want them to,' sort of like the first course in medical school is 'How to write illegibly.'

Also very nice, but even further out of the ballpark.

S Oak. That one has possibilities.

The corner lot is nice - no matchmaking allowed! Besides, he's too young for me.

These are both nice - but can you say SQUAWK SQUONK SKRRREEECH! The teachers and the principal would hate me. Then add WOOF! WOOF! WILL YOU COME PLAY WITH ME? WOOF? all mixed in with the squawks.

Yeah, I kinda got that. My handyman guy, who was supposed to come get his check today, didn't bother because the bank isn't open.

Thanks for the comments.

I do like woodwork, including hardwood floors. And it's a really nice-looking place, too. But unless I have bilateral knee replacements, I'd end up living on the first floor. Which, come to think of it, might not be all that bad - there's a 50/50 chance my daughter will show up in a year or so.
