Let's just agree that it's a poor area. There's no point in trying to quantify just HOW poor. Whether it is the poorest area, or just close to it, isn't really important.

No problem. I do agree, it's a very poor area.

It's not even an argument, it's a game of one-downsmanship, as in "You think your life sucks, let me tell you how bad MY life is." It's always counterproductive to try to compare deficits.
