I need help (maintenance, landscaping, apartment complex)

I am looking for some help. I need a handy man. I am looking for someone who can do siding, plumbing, windows, painting, dropped ceilings, labor, painting (did I mention that before? ooops), laminate floors, sheet rock, wiring, hvac........a jack of all, master of most. Contract payments. (How much is it to hang that door? $XXX ok, get'er done) Lots of work, can hook you up with a management company. DM me, and lets see if we can succeed together.........

BTW, I'm an a**hole........if you say you can do it, I expect it to be done.

Around here people end up calling the lumber stores, and they know of people that can help. It isn't easy finding help in OK. You may even have to give up the idea of finding a jack of all trades.

Sorry Goodpasture I live here in Ohio can't help ya. But I do know how to do all that and much more, ie, counter tops, cabinets, all kinds of flooring, ruff and finish carpentry, concrete, asphalt and just a hint of landscaping.

I was the head maintenance man and grounds keeper at a large apartment complex, plus I've worked in construction in one level or another most of my life. You know, being a Navy SeaBee and all.
