My luck it will be pitch black out (like now) and I will miss my one *great* shot...

It is getting a bit interesting right now. Watching the radar and listening to the spotters. Seems to be a fair amount of rotation and wind sheer concerning them. But it is shifting quickly. ( a good thing for us )

Current radar:

The round white 'balls' are hail (and the size in inches)... the pink triangle is rotation, and the lines are the 'track' it is taking.

Well, I certainly won't trade you. I live in Tahlequah as you all know, and for the past 2 weeks or more I have been in my garden, mainly clearing out vines that are covering our fence. TeeHee. We have had maybe one windy day that I recall complaining about, but mostly nice breezes. We had a storm come in last night, not a big one though. When people complain about OK being windy I never know what they are really talking about, except that last week I went to Muskogee, and it was a damp cold and wind. I felt better when I got home, it was not that much better here but it was not like there. lol.

We get tornado watches for Cherokee Co, but no one in Tahlequah pays any attention to them since we are in a valley. Not what I would really call a valley compared to other valleys, but tornadoes do not come here. Knock on wood.

Been somewhere in the 70s here, but is going to cool off today or tonight.

We lost TV last night (we are on Hughes Net) for a while, with some really nice thunder and a pretty heavy rain. No rotation to speak of, just some pretty heavy straight line gusts. It's snowing now, but with nearly an inch of rain last night all it is doing is keeping things wet. There won't be any accumulation. The temperature is mid 30's today, and supposed to climb to mid 40's. Won't be 70 again for four or five days. If it doesn't dry out a bit, we won't be able to mow the yard.........

We're fine. Cool, wet and windy. Had a few pretty snowflakes swirling around earlier, but they all melted. A little more moisture and we will be greening up nicely!

jessaka, What type of vine do you have in your fence? I have a Japanese Honeysuckle trailing in mine. I started to rip it out, but decided to just let it run down the fenceline and see how it looks.
