I got this message from my cousin in Edmond on Monday."70's here yesterday with tornadoes, and snow this a.m. "

Years ago when we'd play war games at Tinker, we had to react to two different scenarios in one day - one said the base was hit by a tornado and the other said there was a big snow storm. Yeah, right, we laughed. Snow and tornadoes in the same day. We laughed until it actually happened a couple years later. Nothing serious, but the state did have them together. Ya gotta love the place, right!!

Peas? We should all be planting corn. Then we can sell it for fuel and feed!

Anyway, 70 and sunny here. That looks like the forecast for the next few weeks.

Just got off the phone with my mom in Broken Arrow. She said they got 8 inches of snow yesterday! But most of Tulsa didn't even get a dusting.
