Question Elk River/Grand Lake flooding?

I see that northwest Missouri seems to have been hard hit by the rain. Some of that water will find its way into Grand Lake by way of the Elk River I should think. Any news on high water in Northeast Oklahoma? Last year it was the Neosho out of Kansas that was the problem. Thanks for any information.
