That's for sure! Hey, got a question. When the fence blows down like that, are both neighbors supposed to pay for fixing it? It seems to me it should be 50/50..

Glad you're OK Peggy. I just read in the paper that there was some activity in Hughes County. I worried about Karibear being in a trailer out there too.

Sorry about your fence....
At least you guys are OK.
That storm is where I'm at right now....
Hopefully I can drive out of it quick enough.

Maybe, but I've never been flying OR boating in a car before,
so it might be interesting.

Oh My! We had that happen out in CA one year...straight line wind came through and blew about 3 people's fences over. It was kinda funny walking out back and seeing straight into everyone's back yards!
It really is an easy fix though. Rent (or buy) a post hole digger, set a couple of new posts right next to where the old ones were, drive a few nails to hold everything up and you'll be set!

The only problem is I can't get any help to pick the darn thing up! It's too fragile to lift one portion and not the rest. I have a guy coming over to give me an estimate. Maybe if I help him he'll cut me a good deal.
