I have a feeling that Sooner football will be on my list soon as well. Thanks again, sorry for all the goofy questions.

I like the Packers. My DH is for the Vikings. One of our sons is a Cardinals fanatic.

Moore is nice, and the west side of Norman is away from the college atmosphere.

Thanks for all the answers. I figured we would moving into Cowboys/Cardinals territory, lol. Now we just have to figure out all the relocation details, I'm assuming that most rentals want to meet you first so that will be tricky. I have never moved so far away before, so I know it will be difficult. It's nice though cause OK cost of living is pretty much exactly as it is up here.

Does anyone know about any cool breweries down there? Everywhere we go we hit up all the local breweries. I'm always DD of course.

Thanks again

Here is a list.

Oklahoma Breweries (broken link)

I have been to the Bricktown Brewery, and it's pretty good. Pete's Place in Krebs is worth the trip just for the food.

Pete's used to brew the "Choc" beer and sell it in old Coke bottles with the sediment in the bottom, way back when. They are more modern now, and have a good pale ale too for those that don't like the heavy taste of the Choc beer.

Years ago we had to move from NJ to Denver for DH's job. We were able to rent an apartment at a complex over the phone. If you have a good credit rating and references you can usually rent something without actually being there. Good luck.
