Dfest is a great success. I may not like all of the music, but it is a fantastic event for all of Oklahoma. I probably would get lost in the crowd though; I hear it is very popular.

I miss the live music scene, but I don't miss the crowds or the alcohol.
The only live music I see/hear these days is at some of the festivals or the state fair. Must be getting old. I really liked the blue grass festival down towards McAlester. It was great.
Can you believe Joan Jett was at OK State fair last year? How sad is that for her, and how cool for us. I only saw them warm up and could not believe they would be there.
I wonder how many other headliners from the old days are making the state fair circuits?
