Third generation Okie here. Maybe more but I'm not sure about my great-grandparents. I know they lived here but they may have come from somewhere else...

Before I moved I checked out Kansas. Great people. Wonderful atmosphere. Horrible weather.
Out one week of snow sounds a lot preferable to the stuff they get in Kansas.

You might be able to tell by looking in the old censuses. I have a subscription to ancestry.com, and I can look them up. In most of the censuses from 1850 on, it has a column for place of birth. If you want I could look it up for you.

My father grew up here, and a lot of his mother's relatives were NAs from OK. Does that count?
