I don't think you can call Terlton a city by ANY stretch of the imagination. Our human population is around 120. We have more goats and chickens than people. Which, in my opinion, is a good thing ......

Most of those people are my cousins that left in the 30's and 40's. We hear from their kids every so often. The Grapes of Wrath type thing for us... we just say they don't know no better.
