They are allowed to sell everything else, but cannot sell or discuss motorcycles. Does that not take the cake or what!!???
I think that's for many other states as well. For example, when I see the Pep Boys weekly ad come in the mail, they sell scooters, mopeds, ATVs, etc. (mostly in the $2,500 range and below) and mention in fine print that they cannot be purchased on Sundays.

Many car dealerships are closed on Sundays, such as in NJ and TX. But in CA, they're open.

In So. Dak., no one can buy liquor in a grocery store on Sundays either. I think you can still go to a bar (like the Holiday Inn) and drink from something like 1-9 pm??? You can't buy any take out though. It's ok with me because I don't drink at all. I do like the N/A wine though. It's not a religious thing for me~booze makes me hurl and that's embarassing.

It's controlled by the consumer.

Exactly. It's like saying weaker (slower) bullets won't guarantee prevention of murders, but it helps. In both cases, it's controlled by the person holding the product (beer or gun).

BTW, the Muskogee Power Plant that we passed on the way up and down is pretty impressive, both during the day and at night.

Other than the weak beers, I enjoyed myself in Tahlequah. We met up with some folks from Tulsa and I must say Tulsans really know how to party!
OK beer sucks, when I vist my in-laws, I bring my own beer from Pa, and OK liquor stores are the worst.
