Default tornado damages 50-100 homes.........

Quote:
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning. There is no immediate word on injuries.

The town's fire chief said preliminary reports indicate damage to 50 to 100 homes.

Another report said people were trapped in cars beneath fallen powerlines...........
Quote:
Meterologist Kirk Apffel in Gray, Maine, said someone reported a tornado to police in Northwood, just east of Epsom, and a funnel cloud was reported 20 miles south in Atkinson.
IN NEW HAMPSHIRE?????????

Thank goodness we live in Oklahoma where all we have to worry about is the heat...........

Reports: Homes down, people trapped in Epsom, NH | NECN

Weather is screwy everywhere. There was a tornado in WA not long before I left, there are a couple volcanoes erupting in AK, not in the usual place, but in the Aleutians, a hurricane just hit someplace in south TX that doesn't normally get them... Ma Nature is getting even.

Default Poor Yankees.........

Did you see on the news where like 10 people in Mass. were injured at a Soccer Field. A thunderstorm came up and you what they did???? Went under a TREE for shelter. The FIRST Thing you learn in Oklahoma is #1 don't drive through smoke, #2 don't drive through water, #3......don't EVER, EVER shelter under a tree during a storm... Well anyway, my mom called me and told me about it. Then she says, "What can you expect from Yankees? I am sure they didn't know any better." hahahahhahaa.
