Looking for Information on Frank Lewis Sharpley, Perkins, OK
I'm looking for information on Frank Lewis Sharpley, born February 14, 1936, died February 21, 2002 in Perkins. His obituary states he was known as the Watermelon Man at the festivals in Perkins. I'm interested in learning more about him and finding a picture of him if possible.
