Although not officially a weather camera, this camera offers a view of the BOK arena in the process of being built in downtown Tulsa. The quality is pretty decent, and it's live.

I have looked for something like this in Oklahoma to be able to see the streets (to know if they are cleared off) and haven't yet seen anything like this one in Springfield.
