Dang. I'm not a huge gun enthusiast but I'd probably be one after attending something like that.

Oh, yeah! I always made a point of not knowing anything beyond rifle/shotgun, revolver/auto, and said it didn't matter what it was as long as I could hit whatever I aimed at [which I did]. But some guns are lovely pieces of art. I had a neighbor some 35 or so years ago who did the engraving for one of the presentation rifles, I think a Winchester, that was supposed to be auctioned off for something - the bids were supposed to start at 75K, and this was back in the early '70s! It was beautiful when he finished it. He finally quit his day job to do nothing but custom engraving, and he had a year's worth of work lined up then, when it was still just a hobby.
